Quick Note from your Board
A new single-lane roundabout will be placed at Big Walnut Road and Tussic Street this Summer or Fall. The $3.5 million project includes “a shared-use path on Big Walnut from Old 3C roads to Tussic, and a sidewalk on Tussic south to Totten Springs Drive,” the county said. “Initial work will include utility relocation while maintaining traffic, followed by two-month closure at Tussic.”

Playground Mulch Install -> May 10th
The Board has voted to purchase rubber mulch for the playground. This will be a substantial aesthetics and safety upgrade for the playground. Studies have shown that well-maintained playgrounds increase neighborhood property values.
Weather permitting, we will be doing the mulch install Saturday, May 10th. As a reminder, to save a bunch of money, we will be doing this ourselves. This involves moving approximately 15,000 pounds of mulch from Chimera Loop to the playground, so we could benefit from as many people helping as possible.
